GetHuman-310262：I am a Marriott Vacation Club member and I also purchased destination points. Many assurances and promises were made in their presentations, however, when you try to book a vacation you can't get what you want when you want it and in my case, I was forced to use Interval for one of my weeks and was promised my vacation was available. After Interval Marriott Desk had my vacation week they told me the vacation I traded for WAS NOT available and tried to sell me something else. Everytime I asked for a supervisor I was either cut off or put back in the waiting cue. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
