~Annette:I find it insulting when a customer service rep refuses to help or better understand your "new" policy. We have been paying for years $** and Just upgraded and nothing was on the box or email or mail that the prices were going up. Having multiple sclerosis I found it very poor customer service to just keep saying sorry. Im sorry doesn't help me when I pay close to $*** for medicines to function. Im asking to just get a refund for the plus. I still have the original box and even pay for shipping. It seems since once again Ive been put on hold for over ** min.... Im may have to report this to the ADA. A disabled veteran with M.S. should throw up a red flag could be the issue when not fully notified. I trusted you for years and saved to get the plus and was never told about an increase in fees. I was going to renew but I think now im going to terminate my service. I only ask to be refunded the $** I spent on you device and will be on my way. I cat type nor dial as much, I use dragon now t
