~nels:Dealing with Magic Jack has been a nightmare. We have spent hours live chatting and calling and they don't seem to know what they are doing. They were supposed to ship out a replacement Magic Jack plus a week ago after six hours of live chat and we just found out today, six days later that it hasn't even been shipped out. The person on the phone today was polite and tried to be helpful but told us she would file a report and we'd have to check our e-mail for *-* days to see what happens. This is outrageous.
