~okiwen：Complete and total theft. The only way to "talk" to someone is through chat. They will lie to you over and over. There is no way to speak to a supervisor. They will cancel the chat at any time. The cannot support the product. I have had well over ** chats to get their jack to work and it does not. They won't refund my money, and there is no where to go with the theft.*DO NOT GIVE COMPANY THE TIME OF DAY. Total thieves. It is infuriating the level to which they go to steal.
