~anonymous:They do answer, but basically they just pretend not to understand, or ask the same question over and over, and ignore your answer, and ask you to use email. The point is to not actually give your customer service via the phone, so they do everything they can to pretend they don't understand a simple answer, like YES... they just keep saying go back to your support ticket. And respond to that first. If you answer, Yes, I've done that, they just pretend they didn't understand and repeat themselves. Love the product, but honestly, * weeks of open support ticket is RIDICULOUS!
