~Steve:The operation of my GPS unit started bogging down after I updated the maps. The customer service rep was very polite, spoke excellent English without any accent (which is good because I usually can't understand what they're saying when they have an accent.) He waited for me to search for my USB cord, and was ready to walk me through De-fragging the unit, but it turned out that GPS battery was dead, so he emailed me the instructions. I'll write another review after I try the defragging process.
