I had to ask twice to have something repeated and had to restate my primary reason for calling at least four times. The person helping me seemed to be working off a standard playbook so I had the feeling I wasn't really connecting with this person. I was fobbed off with a website called membercenter.msn.com so hopefully with only another half hour wasted or so, we can get the problem solved.
