~rod:On Sunday morning at **:** CDT, I called the ***-**-lowes number (taken from the sticker on my mower) to speak with someone re: service for my Husqvarna mower. Waited for ** minutes listening to a recording remind me every ** seconds that someone would be with me "momentarily". Apparently Lowes definition of "momentarily" differs dramatically from mine. After ** minutes, I called ***-***-****. Got a response w*in seconds. The rep also attempted to contact the **-hour, *-day-a-week service and after * minutes returned to me saying he, too, was unable to reach anyone (high call volume was the reason, yea, right.). So my rating for the ***-***-**** number would be "good". The rating for the ***-**-lowes service center would be "useless".
