Next day or so went in store to inquire about temporary pay pass to purchase goods until the actual card came in the mail. Then after shopping for almost * and half hours with over $**** product - was turned away by Lowes Credit services at check out even when all the employees confirmed my identity via drivers license, medical id badges - the problem essentially was my phone number. In which I had changed recently - absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time for such petty rules and regulations, almost not even worth the effort.
