Asked for credit on my acct. Was told to ship *st kybd back, wait * weeks for refund, and then hope that the VIP Kybd was still on sale. I will never purchase from them again. I have used PCs since ****, * have been a very loyal customer since they opened their doors: NEVER, EVER again.
