~Onefineday:Well, I have mixed thoughts about LOT Polish Air. Calling them was really an odd experience. Would not recommend that. I was put on hold and had to listen to creepy music and then fish tank noises and instead of someone else talking to me I got my own voice in feed back. So I was left talking to myself. Emailing though was a whole different story. I only waited ** minutes for a reply. Chris even included to whom our items would be delivered to at the airport and a number to call. If I hadn't had the whole strange experience with calling I would have given Chris, the email guy, a * star rating.
