GetHuman-139190:There was no opportunity to say "subscribe." There was a wait. Called four weeks in a row to report non delivery. Problem never solved. Rep refused * times to transfer me to a supervisor. Finally got a supervisor, explained the problem and that we wanted to cancel and get a refund. She claimed there were no delivery problems and wanted to have the delivery supervisor follow up. I had to get really assertive to get her to process the refund. Also, all of the reps I talked to were hard to understand. They appeared to be native English speakers, just in a hurry and sloppy. I was asked for my phone number three times in one call. Pain in the neck altogether!
