~anonymous:I was being charged even though I had already sent a letter in... the lady cancelled for me, set up a refund, but the confirmation email that was promised never came. I had to call them back, and the guy I spoke with took care of it, and I got the email while I was still on the phone. Not perfect service, but better that I expected!
