~anonymous:I cancelled my membership online in November at which time they told me I had to pay through December **st. Then I saw they were sill charging my account in January. Found this number online, called it and the rep said you have to cancel via the mail. In no way did it tell me that online but she was very kind and refunded me December and January. Appreciate being treated like how you would want to be treated LA Fitness. Have just had a major row with Target.com (non fraud related) customer service and let me tell you it was night and day. Props to you!
