~pudseybear:I have phoned and also sent at least five emails as I have spent nearly ***£** on books since May and have received none of them although have been charged. I am not very good with a computer so really need to speak to someone. Love my mini Kobo but now have no books left on it. No problem when first purchased last December but now read all the books I bought then. Probably me doing something wrong as usual but strange I managed the first time. Might dump it and buy a Kindle!!!!!! Not much help from sales person in W H Smith as not always able to get an Internet signal allegedly. totally pd off.
