The wait wasn't that bad for over the phone support, but when I spoke to the woman she was abrupt, rude, and made absolutely zero attempts to save my account or inquire as to why i was going to cancel. I feel sorry for anyone who has an invested interest in this company because they have major flaws in their support system.
