They offered to have me purchase a new one at a discount of **% of the purchase price which came to $**.**. $**.** is the price in stores (give or take a few dollars for sales taxes ad varies slightly from store to store). Plus they would not send me a coupon for the discount thus making it so that I had to get it right from them. Overall I am not happy with the quality of Keurig's customer service.
