GetHuman-discqui:On December * I ordered a ring for my girl for Christmas*Was told it would arrive Dec ** (this is *nd business day service for a ring ordered on Dec * ?)*Never received it*When I contacted Kay Jewelers, *( and this has been on going since Dec **,) I was told they shipped it UPS and that package was left on my front steps. I told them no package was on steps or anywhere and that I did not receive anything.*UPS confirmed with me I never received package.*Kay.com is still insisting I received package and are trying to show proof by submitting UPS tracking number but not showing package was left at front door. Kay.com is lying by trying to say I confirmed I received the package. *THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE BY THEM. Spoke to UPS yesterday Dec ** and they are aware package was never received and have an open investigation. *As Kay.com contracts with UPS to deliver packages it is between them and UPS not I the consumer who never received the package containing the ring!* *Kay.com total scam artists.
