~Jim :on my second call to the KFC complaint line, I waited ** minutes, and went back on the computer and had them call me back, got the same run around, that an upper management person would contact me , when I told the operator that is what I was told a month ago , he said he is updating my complaint, asked him how long he though it would take, he said probably two days !! I told him I think the problem starts with upper management*KFC has a good product, but it is delivered to us inconsistently , they have some badly trained staff, and no concerned upper management , or owner operators. Come on KFC fix it !!!!
