I had to go to consumer reports to find an alt. ****-***-**** to reach them at as the chat agent gave me the same number I had called ***-***-**** (from website) that was just ** ads before it told you to hang up. SCAM ARTISTS. POOR QUALITY. Boots began falling apart the first day. A bag I ordered fell apart in the first week. I was very gentle on these items as they were new and the materials were not quality. STAY AWAY. seriously. Stay away.
