They have credited my account for one amount but I'm still waiting for the rest of my money. It is not easy to communicate with Just Answer I had to send email after email before I got a response I was made to feel like I had to beg to get my money that they took from me , they don't adhere to their own policy, it's false advertising. I would never refer Just Answer to anyone who needs help. It is a scam.
