~Disappointed:The person with whom I dealt was friendly and helpful. However, I did not have the policy number handy (in a lockbox in my bank) and the system was unable to identify me by name and address. No policy number, no service. This is the most incompetently designed system I have ever seen. It should err on the side of the customer. So, although the service was cordial and competent, the system was abysmal. If my policy is cancelled I will never deal with John Hancock again.
