~mnorrod:On *** at *pm my power went out. I call in the outage and was told they were still in storm mode and could not give me a time when someone could come out. The next day **hrs later i call & asked what was going on that i was the only one in my area to be with out power (again they could not give me a time). Finally at ***pm someone came out and told me that my transformer was bad and that i need a new on. Will it is ***pm & no one has come back. When you call you get attitube, you even get hung up on. My question is you new what the problem was at ***pm so, why am i still sitting here without power. I dislike JCP&L. Maybe I will not pay my bill and when they call I'll tell then I am in mad mode.
