~morris county resident:JCp&L has no accountability. Their customer service dept. is horrible. When I asked when power was restored, the customer service lady snapped at me and stated, "It's not as easy as truning on a magic switch." The customer service lady claimed there were **** things that needed to be done before service could be restored. This is day ** and still no sign of power being restored. I have * young children at home, who are starting to get sick from ** days without power. The charts issued on their website are misleading, and the numbers do not add up to ***% in showing the homes that are going to be restored. I don't understand a company like JCp&L, who spends more time fudging their numbers than they do on trying to make sure everyone has power restored. If we had a choice, I would pick a different energy provider. I cannot believe state officials are allowing JCP&L to continue like this without any oversight and proof that they are indeed restoring the number of homes they claim
