~angry in the woods:JCP&L, should be embarassed with the communication and respose plan. Words can not describe the bad attitudes I was given in my *** calls to the call center. It is not their fault, they truly do not know anything. It is Managements fault, here is a suggestion, after the leads have assessed the situation, form a plan and list what is being taken care of first and what is next. basically an online database where you can pick your town and see where on the list you are. Giving someone a * to * day range is not acceptable. If the communication and plan was better, we would not feel so **** ignored.
