~RSG:Customer service of Jersey Central Power & Light Company (JCP&L) is a big JOKE. It took me * hours to get somebody on customer service line. I called the customer service and instead of waiting, decided to use call back feature. I got the call back after ** min, somebody took my information and told me that she is going to transfer me to "account opening department" and when she transferred me, I was again put on hold. I again decided the "call back" feature. I got the call back after ** min, but when I picked up the phone, pressed * as per the instruction, nobody was on the other side and voice message again told me to hold. After ** min, somebody answered and again took my information and told me that she is transferring to "account opening". Again wait of ** min, but this time I was prepared to hold. The overall experience was just a BIG JOKE.**I was earlier with PSE&G and that was the best utility company I have worked with.
