GetHuman-195890：This company has the worst customer service and accounting department in the world. I think their are alot of idiots there. The only great csr's are Joann & Mimi, I also use to talk to one young African American girl there by the name by of Regina. She was so helpful and very smart intelligent young lady and I loved talking with her. Unfortunately, I was informed she was let go. How the **** can you let a valuable employee go and then keep hiring a bunch of idiots! This place is really a joke. I don't see how they are still in business. Poor customer service, management and accounting department. This place is really a joke!
