GetHuman-iambobut：I have reached out * times to customer service regarding an order I placed and am yet to get a response. I placed an order a month ago, and still haven't received it. Shipment was estimated for almost a month ago. I received a shipping confirmation, but per UPS's site, it just says the order is processed and they're awaiting the item to arrive at their facility. It has been like this for over two weeks. I feel like my money is now being held hostage, and think I definitely deserve compensation for this. And It's absurd that I've reached out so many times without a response. Please help.
