~vicki nicholson:I tried to cancel a hotel reservation (Conf ********) for Rewards Member *** *** *** (Michael Wynne) and was told I could not get a refund. Mr. Wynne's trip was cancelled. It took * phone calls to get to your customer care center where I was told they would give me a partial refund. What? You are charging me a partial fee for what. I had no idea when I booked the room that is was a non-refundable room. I asked them to reconsider the refund, since Mr. Wynne is a very frequent customer. Hard to believe that Marriott does make such exceptions and over such a small amount of money. Terrible customer service. I personally will never stay at a Marriott as a result of this experience I had today.
