~rnormore@rogers.com:I have tried so many times to reach you people and it is almost impossible to speak with someone I had a credit card from you people and have paid it of and cancelled my card I am so annoyed I can hardly speak I recieved another bill from you people again today telling me I owe $**.** I paid the $**.** on ******** and you recieved it on Jan ******* why did I get a bill stating I owe another $**.** and would be charged another $**.** if I didn't pay it I have delt with Kohl's for years and NEVER had trouble with them or late pay charges what is up with you people I am very annoyed at this point would you please let me know how I owe another $**.** I have my receipts that I paid and know you recieved the payment what is going on here I may be a Canadian but am not stupid **Rose Normore
