~Anonymous:I called to question a late fee and a new balance that appeared on my current statement as I had paid off the balance in full * weeks earlier. When I was put through to a GE Captial cs rep I was greeted with a loud, sarcastic "Hello???". When I did not respond immediately, the cs rep became even more rude and continued to yell "hello" into the phone. I hesitated before responding b*c I thought I must have misdialed and possibly called a residential number. What business answers a call w*o identifying themselves or their company? When I began to explain my situation this rep, Mark, became very rude, condescending and standoffish with me. To be treated in that manner was very insulting, threatening, and disrespectful. I even asked to have my account closed out at one point. He wanted to make me feel as though this error was my fault and that I was trying to pull something by asking to have fees removed. It turns out it was an online glitch...not my fault! Although it appeared the
