~kcorbi:I have not had a moment to submit my compliment to JCP for the excellent service that I did receive from Shantie (Lingerie Dept) at the Citrus Park Town Center***** Citrus Park Mall*Tampa FL *******This was prior to the holidays.*She was so helpful and took her time with me to find the right bra for me. *I felt terrible that I kept her so long but she never complained or was impatient.*She is an excellent employee and should be *commended for this. *I will come back again and hope that I see her again.*Please apologize to her for me.*This is what customer service is all about as one csr to another.**Thank you Shantie and hope that you are acknowledged. We should have more employees like you.**Thank you again Shantie! :)
