~mochalleng:This was my second contact with Iomega support. It seems the replacement, as with all their WARRANTY replacements, was a re-conditioned unit. After complaining several times to the customer support email, all they do is promise that they will make it right if there is an issue with the new reconditioned unit, using the excuse that they are giving me an upgrade to a *TB drive. *By the way, this line is NOT open ****. They are not open on weekends. Also, Iomega is now Lenovo If you are considering a Lenovo unit, I would take this attitude into consideration before doing so.
