~Irene：I contact intex customer service and asked a few questions on the intex air mattress valve plug. Simply wanted to know if one size fits all because there was no diameter size. Customer service kept me waiting for a long time while she searched and didn't even know the answer. I went online and gave her serial number and description, still she was no use, when I wanted to order it over the phone anyways she said computer was down. So I decided to just hang up! Thanks for nothing.I told her the valve plugs didn't come with the intex air mattress she wanted to know if I had receipt, I am not asking my brother for receipt if it was a gift. It clearly shows that intex does not stand by their products.
