When you call they immediately say they will send out replacement parts. Three weeks later, they say it was sent, they have no tracking number and it has taken over ** minutes so far to request that they resend or at the very least give me a US phone number where I can speak with someone who can actually do something. Never again will I buy a product made by this company. They build cheaply made, faulty products and don't stand behind them, they hide behind the skirts of young girls in the Phillipines.
