GetHuman-248944：Attempted a month trial of digital service but despite my call to cancel, they continued to charged me for the next * months. I should've been checking my bank account. They claim I never cancelled and then they wanted $** more because my debit card they'd been charging expired and they couldn't charge me the last two months! I only found out when I got a letter about the need for a new card. Terrible, terrible customer service- no refund for a service they don't monitor to see if you've even used. Do not just "trial" this service- know you'll be paying for it indefinitely.
