But then I went through a divorce I got swamped with all kinds of new expenses, I was struggling to stay afloat. IPL says they sent a disconnect notice but I never got it. Then one day I arrived home with my * yr old after work and there was a note clearly stating that they could have warned me by checking another bow on this note (and charged me for the trip out to leave the note), but instead the decided to just shut me off with no notice, no call, nothing.*I immediately called any brought my bill current, as I would have done if they had called BE
