Got a notification my sectional was ready for delivery. Called once a again to cancel. Was told the sectional would be shipped to the closest store and I would have a refund within *-** days. It is now almost a month after my initial cancellation, no refund. I have been on hold for over ** minutes waiting to resolve this.
