~Saddened：The experience while staying at the Hyat Place in Jacksonville, Florida was one of the worst stays I've experienced over traveling all across the world.....charges for any local phone calls even if I hung up before an answer or voice mail. Horrible experince and I called the Corp. office and received the same treatment....Very bad business practice....
