I did not want to forget to cancel and get billed, so on day three of the week free I canceled, thinking like other companies, I would still get my four other days free and account would terminate after that, nope it cut it off right then. I called and was told they could not turn my service back on for the four days and if I signed back up I would be billed immediately! That told me I made the right decision by cancelling. If you are given a week free, you should get that week free, it should be honored, in my opinion they count on people forgetting to cancel by the seventh day and being billed for the month.
