I was totally pleased with my experience here, talking with a Carlos A. that was pleasant, well spoken and very helpful, he listened to my issues, treated me like a customer and offered sound solutions,without putting me on hold once, all within ** minutes, what a difference. THANKS Carlos A. Wake up Hughsnet, fire the tyrants and hire more like Carlos.
