No one EVER gets the problem resolved and I had this same problem a year ago and gave up on all your service and didn't renew....then I decide to give you one more chance a few weeks ago and you still can't get it right!! I call and no one cares nor does anyone EVER get the problem resolved and obviously my distributor *****!!! I want my daughter's problem resolved NOW and someone that has any authority or brains with the Chronicle to do something about my problem so I don't have to call every single week to get my papers....which I have yet to receive the correct amount ever even after calling!!
