~Unbelievably Horrible Service：I have booked hotels for * years using Hotwire. I recently booked a room & was put in a hotel where I once stayed & had my vehicle broken into. Obviously, I did not want to stay there again. I called them twice, hoping that under the circumstances they would let me book a room elsewhere. I even offered to fax them a copy of the report from the incident & they still wouldn't work with me at all. I understand that there are no cancellations or refunds, but I certainly feel that was a legitimate reason for an exception to the rule. I am extremely displeased with their service.
