If this is the importance you've placed on your customers then I no longer will be one and will suggest to everyone one that will listen via social media they should look to support companies that value their customers but spending the extra dollars to properly train and have standards in place to ensure communication is possible when using foreign countries to verbally communicate with customers from what ever part of the world they live
