GetHuman-216460：i called to ask about amount for fee listed on my statement besides y regular payment amount and person was not helpful at all didnot get answer to my question and so i wouldnt be late with payment just paid the extra *hundred dollars and then next day got another notice that anoterh fee was being added on. all i wanted was straight answer. person acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my call not hapy at all.just wanted simple answer.
