When I get someone to pick up by choosing a a weird option like checking an online order, I ask them to connect me to the proper department for GARAGE SHUTTER INSTALLATION, and then they connect me to lines that are just DEAD ENDS! Either no one picks up at that extension or the "mail box is full." I must have wasted at least an hour on this with no useful information or help!
