~bcwb74@aol.com：i tried calling yesterday to cancell my reservation *******. i was put on hold i waited for ** min i put my number in for a call back . i waited over an hour. i called * more times * oclock came i got through to a person on a diffrent number she gave us an address to email to my wife used her job email she is loosing her job i am on a didabiltyincome.we needed the money to pay bills we were told no refund . after calling yesterday and having the same girl put me through markerting * times when i asked her not to she told me that they would take care of me . i asked her about her speical number that she had it was the same one that i had . it was a joke and no call back in * hours . we travel with a lacrosse team and stay in holiday inns. i will nit stay in a holiday inn again the last one i went to had a green pool.i will do my best to discorage the team to book at another hotel next time. last time i was the only one that stayed in a holiday in the others stayed at the marriot. that
