GetHuman-elom632:This company does not care about the customer. Once they have your money they feel that they can hold on to it indefinitely while they give you every excuse as to why they are not releasing the money. In my case it is a refund from financial aid. It states clearly on their web page that they will release these funds on the day they receive them. Well it has been eight days now and they still have not released the refund. The customer service is useless. All but one of the customer service people I spoke to seem to be chinese (nothing against chinese people). One lady did not know the difference between a birth certificate and birth control. Shocking!!!! As soon as I get my money I will close my account with them and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Really, really poor customer service. The worst customer service that I have ever seen.
