~MG:HigherOne is a horrible company to deal with. I got a student loan for college, and because my college is stuck in a contract with them I cannot get my money from the school directly, it went to higher one. After two cards mysteriously not making it to my house, I was at the point where my internet and power were going to be turned off and they refused to expedite a check for me. This company is garbage, I don't know how they remain in business. I was told repeatedly in several phone calls numerous different dates, times, numbers, and plans about when my card would get to my house and when to call back. I will do whatever I can to avoid having to deal with HigherOne for the remainder of my student loan disbursement.
