Rep had trouble doing the Friday-Tuesday could only get computer to do Thursday to Monday. She said she would have IT guys fix it in a few hours. Reservation was made for * weeks prior to actual requested date by mistake. So now, no car and no points. * hours on phone I'm out $*** and now I find out car they were going to give me for my $*,*** worth of points had **k miles and was two years old. If I want a fresh one, same model, I have to pay $*** per day!!!
